Shipping
InTrendJewelry.com ships via UPS and USPS. Small packages generally ship USPS Priority Mail and take 2-3 days to reach any destination in the United States. Larger packages generally ship UPS ground (1 – 5 days to continental US). Note that each day is a business day.

The cost for mailing to these addresses will be actual cost (USPS Priority Mail) including insurance unless you explicitly (in the comment box) decline insurance. In this case InTrendJewelry.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged product due to shipping.

Customers in these areas will need to call or email their orders to us. Please do not send your credit card information in an email. We will instruct you on how to provide that after we quote you.

Canadian Orders: These orders will be shipped to you at actual shipping cost with Standard Ground Shipping being the default. If you would like expedited shipping please note that in the comment box on the order form and we will be happy to accommodate your request (please see information below on Expedited Order Processing). You should be aware that any applicable Canadian duties or taxes due will need to be paid by you upon receipt. Canadian customers will need to call or email their orders to us. Please do not send your credit card information in an email. We will instruct you on how to provide that after we quote you.

Expedited Shipping: If you would like expedited shipping please note that in the comment box on the order form and we will be happy to accommodate your request. You will be charged the actual cost for the shipping. If you would like an expedited shipping quote please contact us. Orders received before 2 p.m. Central (CST) time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. CST may be processed the same day or next day. Orders received after 2 p.m. CST Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday. You may contact us if you have a special request and we can tell you if we can accommodate your request based on our shipping abilities.

Multiple Shipping Addresses: Please note that if your order has multiple ship-to addresses, any addresses that are to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO/FPO will be charged the actual cost (USPS Priority Mail) including insurance unless you explicitly (in the comment box) decline insurance. In this case InTrendJewelry.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged product due to shipping.

Special Orders: These items are clearly identified in the product name for clarity. They are usually shipped directly from the manufacturer to you and they will typically take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. You will be emailed an expected delivery time within 2 business days of your order. Orders that contain both stocked and special orders items will likely be shipped separately at no additional cost to you.

International Orders:
Note that all prices are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD). Shipping charges for all orders being shipped outside the continental US will be quoted via email or phone prior to the order being processed. Please contact us if you would like a quote before you place your order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from InTrendJewelry.com. We will gladly help you if you received defective merchandise or are in need of a refund or exchange.If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unused items* to us in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs**. You can also exchange your unused merchandise for a different style or color. Please email us at support@InTrendJewelry.com prior to returning your merchandise with the reason for the return and whether or not this is a return or exchange. Please include your order number and contact information with your returned merchandise. InTrendJewelry.com cannot be responsible for return shipping charges unless we made an error on the shipment contents. We recommend that you insure any return shipments since InTrendJewelry.com cannot be responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the mail.

We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange an item, then return it within the 7 day period, and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Please do not automatically send defective products back to InTrendJewelry.com. Different manufacturers have different methods of handling defective products. Please email us at support@InTrendJewelry.com and we will give you the details on what you need to do as well as make arrangements to ship you replacement merchandise.

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express directly through our website or over the phone. Please contact us if you would like to pay with PayPal or a money order as we can accommodate those methods. For the most reliable order entry we recommend that you place your order directly through this web site. This eliminates the risk of any incorrect order, shipping or billing entries. Sales Tax
InTrendJewelry.com is a Maryland based company and therefore must charge sales tax on any sale being shipped to a Maryland address. There are no sales tax charges for shipments to any other US address. Canadian customers should be prepared to pay any import duties at the time of delivery.
